Twadel brings your company communications together into well organized channels.
Each member of your organization is given a unique identifier which looks a bit like an email address. We call this a Matrix ID.
As easily as starting an email conversation, use Matrix IDs to start chatting with groups of colleagues from inside and outside your organization.
Your external partners don't even have to be signed up to Twadel, provided they have a Matrix ID you can chat with them regardless of which provider they choose.

Conversations happen inside Channels which are centered around a particular team, topic or project. They keep conversations focused and provide an organized history of all your messages.
Shared channels enable collaboration with external partners. They're just like regular channels except they can include people from outside your organization.
Direct Messages are used for private conversations between small groups of individuals. People can't be added to the conversation once it's started. Twadel allows you to message people from inside and outside your organization.
Twadel is made for Matrix, which means you can chat with anyone with a Matrix ID regardless of which provider they choose.
Governed by the Matrix.org Foundation , the Matrix protocol is an open standard for secure, decentralized communication.
A rapidly growing community of over 30 million users across 60k deployments use Matrix.
